factory MR temp gauge stopped working

............ as soon as i read this thread that very day i noticed my gauge had stoped working... i dunno how long its been out... but occasionally it'll work. most times i notice now its not.. lol

I remove all 3 gauges and reground the black wire, it works everytime for me, and make sure the gauge is tightly secured.
btw, what is everyone oil temp on avg crusing and racing condition?
mine read at 70 degree C racing it can go up to 90 degree C.
in the cold winter it reads under 60 degree C.

Mine did the same thing after my last oil change. Apparently, someone at Grease Monkey tried to rip the oil temp sensor line from the plug when dropping the oil plug. I checked with Mitsu to get a replacement sensor and they said its not sold separately and that I neded to purchase the entire triple gauge assembly to get that one part!
