Crooked Front bumper?

Crooked Front bumper?
I was washing my car yesterday (AS IX MR) and I noticed that the front bumper is slightly lower on the driver side than it is on the passenger side. Also on the passenger side the lines from the hood don't line up with the grill but they do on the driver side. Nothing is loose or cracked, broken etc. so i doubt i was hit. My buddy also has a IX and the front bumper is also crooked in the exact same way. The gap between the hood and bumper is slightly larger is how u can notice it the easiest, also the gap between the driver side headlight and fender is slightly larger than on the passenger side. Has anyone else noticed this on their IX or heard of this as a problem from the factory? If it is i'll take it to the dealer so they could align it.

I was too pissed off when I noticed it to even wanna drive the car, but im going to see if i can adjust it this weekend. I'll take some pics though when I get home. It just so happens that every pic i've takin of the evo is sideways or slightly angled, never straight on. Damn my ricerness lol

I've noticed in pics that very few are lined up perfect, its just sloppy workmanship from the factory. you can try the rubber stops that the front of the hood rests on, they can be rotated to adjust hood height.

Never been in an accident I've had the car since mile 0. I'm thinkin its just a "workmanship" issue. I've only noticed it on IX's. The pics aren't great but I took'em real quick.

It's hard to get the body panels to line up right, I have the same issue on mine (if you even want to call it an issue). Imperfections make the car what it is, besides it doesn't affect the car in any negative way. I wouldn't worry too much about it and accept it.

i just realised on my jdm 8mr its the same thing. not very noticable but its there if u look. apparantly even the new evo x's do the same things sometimes.
mitsubishi has a tolerance level so if it falls within that its fine, couple of mm i assume. they dont test exact gaps from what i've been told.
