as for mods.. u should get a turbo back exhaust, intake, manual boost controller, and a nice tune!
your evo will def. be awake after that!

congrats on your buy i have 3 more years before i can experience that feeling 
due to stupid insurance policies here but if it was my car i would start with suspension,exhaust and intake for the first 3 mods
