All 8s come with the 2 step, but a tuner needs to enable it when you get reflashed.

If you don't launch your car, then the stocker will hold fine, but what's the fun in that?

I've got 58k miles on the stock clutch with 320-330whp almost it's whole life. Don't launch the car to high extremes and everything will be alright. I've got an ACT HDSS is the closet waiting for the stocker to give up to the ghost but it hasn't slipped the first time yet. Pedal is starting to release a little high though.

24k miles, hahaha, of course it will still hold, you car is still YOUNG!!!! I have 54k on my stock clutch with about 350hp still like the day I got it.

You probably heard many stories about stock clutch failure at low mileage. Those drivers abuse their car and blame on the weak stock clutch.

Let's say if you have a stock civic, if the driver lauch on it all the time it will deterioate fast too.

48,000 miles. First Original Stock Clutch.

My Evo makes about 330-340 hp and I daily drive this thing all over the place. The clutch hasn't died yet.

^^^ And yes, I agree. People who say stock clutches suck just abuse the hell out of it and expect it to hold up.

I'm at about 36k and a few attempts at launching hahaha....still strong...I recently adjusted it though, because I noticed a change in the engagement/disengagement point. Still grabs like new though

will the stock clutch hold up well to tracking it? Not quarter mile but road courses? I imagine the whole drivetrain would since you're not putting too much strain on it, unless you're doing some aggressive downshifting. That's all I plan on doing to the car, never launching it.
