this.

You don't buy brides for the name. You buy them for the quality.

Wouldn't it help it they put a patent or a copyright on them? I think Voltex went through a similar situation with one of their hoods I believe, I may have even read that on this forum.

A patent is useless if people don't acknowledge it.

thats what i'm saying... they've gotten a bit too far with the knock offs... that just kills the resale of the real brides...
they are really good knock offs though.

Yeah that is a big part of the problem some countries dont really hold people accountable for selling counterfit and black market goods. As for previous post yeah it was kinda a joke, and this has been going on way before 2004.

the best thing you can do is keep updating your product line. Just look at the age old music industry debate with tape dubbing, and then CD duplication , then DVD, and now here we are at the new age of BLU Ray. updating technology keeps counterfiters busy updating to keep up.

as was said by so many , its impossible to get rid of it. you just have to keep tightening your game.

Apple has had great success with their product lines, relating this back to cars. as long as the big names keep up the quality and change with the times, then they will be ok.

I think Ebay has copy right law so if they were fake he would have to say replicas or something like that , so they must be real Bride......maybe

Do you read all posts? Guess not as shipping cost was already addressed. For every other person who cant read the auction states it is for ONE SEAT. Not a set! They are still way below retail ( $1000 under comparing to vivids website) Too good to be true, usually is.
