Economy stinks, prices should go down but everyone needs to make a buck!

 

Shipping prices are ridiculous. More than likely that's the reason they've gone up. I paid about 500 shipped a year ago for mine.

 

I wish this was the case.

 

I'm guessing this is too expensive then....

Does the - [MITSU-JDMIXA] Evolution - Mitsubishi Evolution IX Rear Bumper (Apex Silver) - fit on the 2004 USDM Evo VIII? If so, does it require any special hardware, or cutting?

No it's the same stock bumper on VIII and IX. You'll just need a Rivet Fastener.

optionimports is where i got mine. I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery. The bumper was at my door before they even charged my card.
