+1 on brakes. Start replacing rear diff or drive shaft bushings with solid ones, upgrade front motor mount. All in all brakes will still be your best bang for the buck.

+1 on saving for a bigger turbo. Even if your not going to get a bigger turbo once you have enough money, you will always have back up money in case something unexpected happens. And if nothing unexpected happens, your options will even be wider than now!
