the BOV is NOT your problem unless it has something wrong with it causing it to leak.

First do a Search, do a boost leak like everyone says and 2nd get a metal 9 diverter valve. Or like me get a Works modified 9 valve if you want to up the boost.

Just quit posting and replace that valve. Half of the valves on the market are china knock offs and whether its vented or not, its poorly made. Your symptons indicate that the valve is leaking above .5 bar of pressure causing your power loss. Go buy a stock diverter valve or any valve that can hold boost. It sounds like your hks unit is a fake or busted.
