I always let it warm up enough for the needle to move up past the C.

if you have a driveway, get a remote start if possible and start the car from inside you home in the winter. or if your car is in ur garage, start it back it out, and leave it to idle for a few. i dont think its good to just start and gas-it.

As long as you don't go WOT or anything stupid before the temp is up to normal you have nothing to worry about.

3K RPM shifts until then is the safe way to do it. No need to sit there for 10+ minutes for it to warm up completely.

I live in Hawaii so cold temp is not an issue. However, i do wait for my E-01 to load the SD card before I leave. Usually takes 30 secs. I don't boost until the temp reaches at least 1/4 mark.

I will usually two step it a fews times to make sure that everyone can hear me leaving then I don't boost at all. Just two step on start is the best for the motor...I promise

Here in utah, stock tune, stock evo the car runs like hell when its cold. I let the car warm up until the rpms drop down to regular idling speed, and then let it warm all the way up before boosting.

i follow what the manual recommends.

start it up, let it warm until the temperature needle starts to move, and then drive off. making sure not to boost until the engine is fully warm.

I live in the sunny Okanagan valley where it hits a chilly -15 C for a about a week. I only warm mine up for 2 mins if my car is frosty. 30 secs every morning all year

I just auto start my car about two minutes before I head out.

Works good.
