mine usually gets about 6 minutes because my routine in the morning consists of me taking my dog out to do his business so I auto start the car (compustar FTW, lol) and let it idle while he does his stuff then I bring him inside, grab my crap and go.
The past few mornings have been nice and cold but even with that the temp needle is usually about half way to it's normal spot. I just don't boost until my oil temp is up.

Warming car is waste of gas, just let it running for a min and don't boost until the car is completely warmed. That's why I see most of evo owner don't get decent gas mileage, b/c the gas is being used for 0 MPG. 10-15 min is really too long and not necessary.
If you are tracking the car, then give it a good warm up, but driving on street is not as demanding as track.
