I'm an ONR user also; a couple buckets of hot water, turn the heater on in the garage, and have at it. Get's all the salt off my paint w/o freezing my butt off or paying someplace to just mar the crap out of it. I hit the undercarriage w/ the hose before I pull in the garage.

Don't forget to keep your water hose in the Garage (or right inside the door in some apps) so it doesn't freeze. That way it will be ready to go when you are!! Use some good thick rubber gloves that come up to your elbows so your hands don't get frozen and numb!! Also, use a GOOD nozzle so water isn't going everywhere and getting you shoes wet. The warm bucket of water isn't bad either but I have heard people say that you can crack your windshield in extreme conditions if you're not careful.

wait till it rains, then wipe the car down with water blade. not the best, but its a quick solution.

Get hot water from your house, instead of using the hose. It will help your hand not to freeze and the water will not freeze so you have time to wipe it, there is always a tiny frost layer depending on how cold it gets

haha bringing my car to the manual car wash is hard because my car is lowered so it bottoms out where ever i go so i dont feel like ripping my LICP or downpipe off so i guess im going to try the warm bucket of water trick lol thanks for the replys, any one else that cleans there car in the brutal winter feel free to reply lol
Says the guy from LA
Personally I take my car to a power wash bay. I would do the space heater in the garage but cant/dont for two reasons. 1. No Garage, 2. No money for space heater (in college, all loose change gets donated to the bar down the street)

Get a bucket of hot soapy water from the house. Use rubber kitchen gloves so your hands don't get wet. Wear a rainsuit so if you happen to get sprayed with the hose, you don't freeze. Once wash is complete, pull into the garage and dry with chamois or other drying utensils. Wax car so that salt buildup will not eat the paint. I usually wash once every 2 weeks in winter. I have to do this soon as my car looks like crap now.
