Ulternative jack point with APR wind splitter on

Eversince I had the APR wind splitter on I'm having trouble raising up the car to do some work on. Clearly the jack point in the front of the car cannot get acces to. For those who have the APR wind splitter on, where is your preffer spot to jack up the car? This is one down side of having the APR splitter on. I have to get the two bolts off underneat the car before I can take off the bumper each time. It's a pain. Any picture would be nice.
