Question what are you doing to prepare for the '09 season?

well it seems 08 is just about done, there's a few more track days left but I fragged my stock transmission finally.

Right now the tranny is at Buschur Racing getting beefed up. Once it comes back I'm going to finish the HTA86 93 octane tune, do some DLL dyno, g-tech runs and video. After that I'll buy some c16 and see what it'll do with more boost/timing. I'm going to see if I can find the limit of the stock mas/ecu combination. So far I'm on par with the buschur built cars on pump gas with my 10.41 @ 135 on 93 octane but it remains to be seen if I can go 9's on race gas like those guys. I also have a set of new wheels to mount and a set of slicks I want to try out.

I can't wait for '09 {thumbup** I'm hoping to take my car to the Buschur Shootout and some other events when I get everything sorted out.

so what's everyone else got planned for '09

I am torn between what i will do in 09'.. I want to build a 3/4 Chassis Evo to run 7's with but cant stand the time it takes to build a car at that level.. If i dont build that car my goals are..

High 8's or better AWD

1200+whp AWD

I have a " Special " Buschur Motor sitting here that will help me to reach that goal if I decide.. I have a new Haltech ECU, Turbo and the tuner to do it.. Just need to take the plunge and go 1 way or the other..

Finally get my new tune to the strip and see how comfortably in the 11s I am. Other than that, with a new lease on life with the new Mellon tune, autocross and road race 'til I can't take it (afford it?) anymore! *Laugh*

Just taking it slowly next year, and slightly start going in a different direction. I plan on focusing on some other things
