it should fit as long as the intercooler is not mounted lower than the bottom of your front facia. my intercooler sits very low, just touching the bottom lip, and i had no problem installing the under panel.

How many 1/4 fasteners total do I need? Got my beatrush underpanel today. I'd test fit it myself, but I don't have all the time in the world. I get up at 4am and get home from work at 8pm. Rinse and repeat.

Spent some time yesterday looking over all the bolts and stuff that came with the undertray and let me just say that they are insane if they think I am going to bolt ALL of that crap on there... I will most certainly look into the dzus fasteners

well I pretty much put everything together, but don't have any bolts to attach the undertray to the bumper... I guess I will have to take another trip to lowes.

Did anyone else have this problem?

****Update! ****

This served me well through the winter! I was looking at a friend's undertray and he clued me in that I had the vertical uprights mounted a little wrong. I had the undertray off for a FMIC install so I took the opportunity to fix it, as well as mount up the little flaps that go down in front of the tires:
