That's a nice looking RS. Consider finding a IX.

I own a 06 STI (15K miles) and a 06 MR (35K miles). The MR is a year older with around 350whp, rattles less, makes more power and is more of a rocket. Maintenace wise the STI only has half the miles of the MR but it's been maint free - it's also stock other than a mild tune. The MR is getting ready for it's 3rd set of R compounds, 3rd clutch and 3rd set of brake pads, rotors this time too. The MR gets more daily beatings than the STI does though.

The MR ride quality is superior to the STI but an RS is probably considerably harsher.

My suggestion would be to keep looking as well and my opinion would be keep looking it isn't what your looking for.

oh and the rs i would guess has been modded and probably striped back to stock. it looks like a stock exhaust with cf shield..... not many people doing that, that i have seen.

Thats what i've been hearing I drove my friends evos a bunch of times and the 9's always hit harder than 8's. I know the MIVEC and bigger turbo is the reason but it just felt more solid IMO.
