440 HP Evo VI or a stock TME??

Guys,

I am looking at a EVO VI with 440 HP with a parts list like, cosworth cams, cosworth springs, retainers, ferea oversize valves, ported head, Ecotek ECU etc. vs. a stock TME with a sliding clutch!, K&N filter, TBE, tein coilovers & Volk mags

So the TME is desirable because its rare & looks good. But they are basically the same car and the VI with the upgrades has a lot of expensive parts. The parts I admit, I will have a hard time to buy because of a shortage of funds.

So do I go for a hard core VI or an alluring TME? BTW they cost the same. Any inputs would be appreciated. Ciao!

I would purchase the TME because of what it is. You can always purchase power upgrades later on when you have the necessary funds.
Think about it this way;

You buy the 440 hp Evo VI = you have a 440 hp Evo VI.

You buy the TME = you have a TME that later on you can make 440 hp.

You see the difference?

TME and keep it stock. If you will modify it then dont by the TME. Then get another one.
It will worth more the TME if you keep it stock and in good condition.

What's a TME?

Sorry I'm still new. I'm clueless on just about every common abbreviation used on this site. TB Evo would be another. Is there a thread or page that could shed some light on this? Sorry for the semi-hijack.
