Help: Display Cluster Icon

Hello Guys,

Theres is an icon on my display cluster which I hope you Evo gurus can explain to me, alluded to the fact that my car is a JDM 06 IX MR. I heard that these batch of Evos has an auto light feature which I have no clue how it operates. Whenever I turn the ignition on, this icon lights up for about 3 secs then comes off.
I have circled the particular icon which is in question.
Hope you can assist me with my quest.
Thanks in advance guys.

Well it does look like a light icon. Do your headlights turn on automatically when it's dark out?

Yes it does, but there is a separate icon which signifies that the lights are ON.

Check your owners manual as it probably tells you what it means.

headlight range indicator related to thumb wheel under dash.If you have auto adjusters than that will only stay on when there is a problem with the electrical motors or wiring etc.

Well only the 05 JDM IX's came with that adjuster module however my 06 MR doesnt have the option for the driver to adjust the lights. I asked my mechanic about the icon and he said that feature is connected to the lower control arms. Could anybody verify this ???

Thanks for the suggestions guys but you so far, all are incorrect. I took a somewhat detailed picture of the cluster with all icons and named them, maybe this will assist in my query.
Thanks.

And I will clearly reiterate once more, when we import JDM cars, is either one of two things
1. Owner manual doesn't normally comes with the car
2. Its a JDM unit therefore if you aren't bi-lingual, even if the manual comes in the car, NO ENGLISH
