Lemon Law

My car has finally been submitted for a Lemon Law "review". Hopefully all goes well and they buy the car back. 2-3 weeks and I will find out more.

Does anyone else have experience with lemon law? How long does this process take?

How do you plan to "buy" it back? It was my understanding that if it is declared a lemon, it goes back to the Manufacturer to be researched and you're out a car. (but you get the $$ for it)

Yeah, Mitsu owes him the total amount he paid including taxes, title, license, registration, etc...may even the interest he paid on his loan so far.

Good luck evoguy, I am glad you took Mitsu to the woodshed on this one.

How many times did it go in for service, or in other words how many times were you making payments on a 30k dollar car to be stuck driving a $3,000 Daewoo?
