My trunk will be here today. So if I have the same problems Ill post some pics on what I did to fix it.

^^^^ very nice man.. I didn't want to cut into the back side of the carbon so i just zip tied and Velcroed the trunk latch button .. I'm going to post some pictures. thanks for the pix!

TO and FROM pictures posted!! My way is the simple way with no cutting.. but the guy above me is definitely the cleaner way for sure if you don't mind cutting ! Thread Closed!

OH..... Sorry forgot to say you definately need you use blue or green painters tape to avoid marring and i believe where i cut out was already indented, so just follow the lines. I used a dremel and sand paper.

Yeah, your way is definitely clean!! I don't particularly dislike my way without having to cut anything.. it looks clean to me still
