Something happened with their transportation and they couldn’t make it.

How ironic that I named this thread, "how will pruven Evo do?" Maybe I jinx them. it's really too bad for Evo forum people. There is always next year, I guess.

I guess we learned that if the driver is not up to it, 800 or 900whp means nothing. I read that viper ran the quarter in 12.5 or so. Before you guys trash it though, it was AT 150mph!!!! The time was slow but it's still pretty cool to see what those 900 horses were doing.

Hey, modenatwin, so uhh... pruven didn't make it, so does that mean I get my free gauge installed by you??? you know they didn't place top 2...

150 mph. That's rocking. Trap Speed is indicative of the car's powah! IS this going to make it in the Nov or Dec issue?

Nah~ probably feb/mar issue. that's the typical USCC issue. we will have to wait to death for that.

I want to know how well the winning z was sorted out. w/ only 350hp I thought it wouldn't matter. but it WON!!! I suspect there was a pro-driver.

Also if anyone has the full story, who won only based on performance numbers. 0-60, 1/4mile, skidpad, roadcourse, stopping, dyno, etc... I usually don't count the car show, guru, grandma, and even gross display. those things seem like it's subjective and therefore not accurate.

and base price seems pointless. so is mclaren THE WORST street car just cuz of it's cost? some times i wish I had a mclaren f1 to enter, just so I can screw up the base price portion. if that happened, everyone pretty much gets 100pts or 99pts relative to mclaren's price. and it will encourage more f cars and p cars to come out and have a shot at winning!
