Play the safety card with your insurance company.

If you don't get any satisfaction, I would consider working through the managerial hierarchy.

Contacting a lawyer and documenting the entire process (names, dates, etc. of calls, email, letters, etc.) is also a very good idea.

You're the victim of a crime. Don't let your insurance company victimize you a second time.

Good luck.

heed these words...

There is no difference between the GSR seats and the MR seats. Same goes for the SE and MR SE.

Mine were stolen last week and Progressive was getting ready to pay a $12,000.00 tab. After looking around at options I decided to save them some money and settle for some brand new all-leather Recaro sports for $1,300.00 each.

In return they waived my deductible, including fixing the internal scratched panels and the broken window and they're happy to do so and pay only a $ 4,261.27 tab rather than the $ 12,000.00 which it books as.

You need to call then up and talk to a manager. And then after you get made whole, you need to get a non-flybynight insurer.
I'm sorry, but why? They wouldn't even dream of doing the same for you. You should have taken them for the $12000 they owed you, one way or another.

What I'm saying is how many SE seats are out there, vs normal seats?? I was also just stating that I think the MR SE/SE seats are $14,000 vs the MR/GSR $12,000.

Definitely call the insurance company, first, get a written quote from the dealer, then, tell them exactly how much it is going to cost to replace. Also, check Ebay or on here, you'll easily find a set of seats

If you have theft coverage then your insurance have to pay for your OEM parts at whatever cost period. I had my body shop quote the BBS wheels for insurance company, they had to pay for them at $950 each.
