I have that same CF shift boot.
I got it from ebay, and i think the seller is "jasonscarparts" or JBS Customs is ebay store.. something like that..
100% real carbon fiber and is pretty cheap..
Looks sweet to me.. and fit perfectly.
You just have to use your oem bracket thats underneath the console piece.

I like the mr shift knob too if anyone is trying to get rid of one pm me. The mr knob is a direct fit on the base ix right?

took the knob off my MR no problemo. The handle on the one I have is all plastic, so no threat of scratching anything up...
