# 28 of 5000

I was looking at my VIN number and I noticed I had the number 28th built. Look at the last 4 numbers! Who has the lowest?

Don't forget that the plant builds EVO's for the entire world, not just the US. So, you can have the 8666th car build at the plant that was one of the 5000 destined for the US.

It says plant sequence number.
What does plant sequence number have to do with build sequence?
Why does it not say build sequence number?
It is little confusing to a simpleton like me.

This also makes no sense, cause I have a build date of january and delivered in march... Now i am sure we can find people with smaller build numbers with later dates... this number is not in any sequence of when it was built.. There is no way built almost 9000 cars before they started shipping.

The same holds true for Integra Type R's the vin #'s have nothing to do as to when the car was built or which #ITR it is...

I don't believe that the plant sequence number has anything to do with the number it was built.

The number would include cars destined for countries other than the US, so they very well could have produced 9000 cars before shipping the US version.

Then anyone with a build date after mine (Jan03) would have a bigger number correct... can anyone confirm or deny this??
