You can still get them painted..
I just got some a month ago, from mitubishiparts.net.
I've lost 2 or 3 randomly over the years.
here is the Part #'s

part numbers for left and right.

Red: 6400A391RA (left) 6400A392RA (right)

4 years later but thanks sick9, for the "color guide" lost one and found all those meaningless numbers on the net, didn't know which one to order
