i got my shift knob in the mail about a week ago as well and the package was pretty beat up it wasa heavy *** greddy one but the condition i got it in and the accessories were all broke i wish it went missing too..anyways i can see how it could if ripped out if it wasnt in any other packaging than the yellow envelope with bubble wrap inside

This same thing happen to me thru UPS. I never got a refund and never got my stuff back. In my situation however, I know it was one of the neighbor. The UPS was in front of my door and it was later cut open and retaped back together with sex toy magazine inside(it was supposed to be a gasket for my exhaust). GL with it man. I don't think you'll be able to get anything back but you can always file a report and see if luck is on your side.

ouch, i dought it would rip open and fall out in the mail truck, even thou it is possible, i use to work for UPS and some things like this did happen on the truck.

but if i had to guess it was stolen by a not so smart theif.

leaving the package?.....weird.
