CRACKED cf

so i got my cf trunk today and the box was fine but hen i opened it the trunk was cracked on the top right. now i gotta go through a bunch of bullsh*t to get a new one. They also said i might not be able to because the box was fine and i didnt tell the driver before it left that it was cracked!!! im pissed.

its from seibon but i got it from CVR motorsports. and they have to send a claim to seibon and see if seibon will take it back. its just so gay and now i have to wait so much longer.

They won't take it back. Seibon has a limited warranty, but it's only on their clear coat. lol
This will need to be filed with the shipping company i.e. (UPS, FedEX), under their insurance claims. If CVR didn't put insurance on it then they should take it back and give you a new one. IMO.

CVRshocked you don't know how to take care of customers!

fairly easy fix if you know how to. Btw turn in your claims ASAP. My fedex claim took around 60 days!
sand down close to CF, polish, then spray clear coat, light sanding, polish should do that trick.

hey guys i dont wanna talk bad about cvr. at least not yet. they said they are going to try and help me. so we will see. I just dont want anone thinking that they are not doing anything. i sent them pictures and im waiting for them to reply to me.

I had great experience with CVR in the past. I remember they used to make Poly-U lips for STi and a lot of them were bent through shipping.. they solved the issue by reimbursing the buyer if they didn't want it or gave discount coupons for people who bought it.
