You simply cannot allow this guy to walk. It gives him justification to do it again.
He sold you something under the impression that it fit YOUR CAR. It obviously does not, nor does it look like it will ever fit.
Whats there to argue about? He's wrong, you're right.

you can replace the outer rubber with door molding from pep boys/checkers, that's what APR uses.
But that is the wrong one, i have an APR front splitter if you want to buy it from me.

man if that was me, he would have had to give me the $ back... cause he would have had alot more then $175 in hospital bills.... i dont give a crap if he's poor or whatever, what give him the right to beat you for the money?!?! i would shove that spliter up his a$$ sideways. major beatdown!!!

Cant believe this guy is still active(SpinninAll4s) after scamming on this site.
Dude call paypal and ask for the money back. They will take out money from his account(bank or credit) without his permission.
I know you can get the money because I got scamed too(but otherway)
Sold Vid card for $300 then buyer uses for 6 months and do chargeback on me. I called paypal but they couldnt do $hit to help me. Oh he returned the card but it wasnt working so I was out $300. Paypal do not need your permission to take out money from your account. Learned that from experience.

maybe if I show him how many people are willing to pounce on him from this site he will get scared and give me my $$ haa
..but he hangs out at byron track in IL
I seen him.. didnt realize it was him confronted him about to kick *** but them my friends left without me realizing and he had like 5 guys with him. and I kinda dont wanna be banned from byron its my only local track
