APR Splitter- installed right?

DO NOT DO ANY Business WHAT SO EVER WITH "SpinninAll4s" ..ripped me off...then claims he didnt know

I bought an APR splitter used from a private seller at last Sundays AMS meet. Noticed the outer rubber edge was peeling, I wasn't sure if it was a real APR right away but didn't worry too much about it. I got home and tried to install it right away and noticed instantly none of the holes line up with anything I could tell they would go. I got it on (just temp on to see how it looks) and I got this.

It doesn't look right to me, all the other APR splitters usually have some of the splitter sticking out on the edges right? I'm thinking it must of been for a smaller bumper?
Or its not a real APR.. so any input would be greatly appreciated guys!
