Two guys, two mods, and a tune... in the 11's

First, Indy would like to leave it as is and hit 11.9's. Then, I think we need to change out the cat to a road pipe and an O2 housing. I also think we can raise the boost by maybe 1 psi and pick up a few ponies. With the O2, roadpipe and 1 psi boost we should be able to add at least 20 whp. The goal then would be 11.80's. Then, we'll up the fuel quality and timing. We're considering E85, but I hate the smell of it. If we go E85, I'll have to drag out my 780s. The 30% more fuel would be about the same duty cycle as we're running now on the stockers.

The other thing we've talked about is adding the 780's, since I already have them and changing his street tune to the 780s, but using 93 octane gasoline. Then changing the race tune to use E85. By doing that, he can have the best of both worlds. Gasoline economy for total 'tank miles' and cheap race fuel when it comes to going to the track and reflashing the ecu. Just early thoughts on our direction anyway.

congrats guys! although you havent reached your goals your almost there and your doing a great job! please keep it up because i'm really interested. i had talked to Fathouse and i'm trying out something now. my mods are 3"catback, 2.75"DP, testpipe, ETS air filter kit, MBC now set to ~25psi. Stock cams. now i added an intercooler (BYC $275 shipped) and i'm trying to push 25psi on 93 octane. so far not to bad just have to readjust the tune again.
i also have an o2 housing to install. i might hit up the track first before i install it.

Thanks Nick, I just uploaded the new tune from 9sec9. We are going out tomorrow night for another attempt, if the track has grip it could get interesting.
