The other day I was cleaning out the inside of my car and when I wiped down the backside of the driver seat, I found it flexed. I pushed on the same spot on the pass side, no flex. it seems something inside the seat back has broken allowing the side of the seat to flex out and back. Anyone found a similar problem?

its as if the hard back of the seat, also gives the seat it support...

I did this on my 8 when I had the stock interior.

Ever since I swapped to the 9 SE interior, haven't had this problem.

 

this same thing happen to me, i layed on the same seat with some chick (sounds kinda weird i know) but all of a sudden i heard a crack. the next day i saw the seatback :-( i was pissed... took it to the dealer and it was taken care of....
