You just have to be smart with your searches. Going through Ads in your local newspaper wont solve anything

How many companies offer that!!!!!

What is up with the spelling I kind of missed some of what you where saying.
Stupid Google chrome. Getting used to its spell checking and editing. You can figure it out - your smart person/E-6

I am most certainly not worried about my job. So long as the gov'y continues to want to extend the life of its aging equipment this contract will continue. EPLS -- if your well versed in any life extension programs.

And so long as the DoD continues to require specialists in the fields of mechanics and techs - Ill have a job. If your wise as a contractor you can retire in 15 years. Granted you dont have the medical benefits of the military - but lets face it - your 20 year retirement isn't alllll that great.

Being on the military side - im surprised you did'nt say something about "contractors" and our employment/benefits.

And as for your comment about those jobs - sure they all have excellent outcomes - but if someone was able to be a fluent linguist - they would be a contractor - not army/navy. And the laser tech, Apache pilot - sure ... Again - if they had that potential - they would probably not need to rely on the military for a job.

But theres still those crying and complaining, OUR ECONOMY IS HORRIBLE BLAH BLAH I HAVE TO SELL EVERYTHING CHEAP BLAH BLAH , and keeping it down..

People have to stop complaining, and play the hand they are dealt. But face it, this is the U.S. We are built off of people just like that.

What a shame, what this country has turned into.
A world power, beggining to decrease..
Pathetic.

Its only years before Chinese and Japanese Markets dominate the world though..
at the rate they are growing, and with China with 1.5 BILLION ++ people..and employed..working hard.

Meanwhile Japan and all the technology, taking over it..

Shame.
Dude don't take this personally but you're Delusional. You obviously have a job and/or feel secure in it. Don't $#!t on other hardworking American's like its their choice to stay on un-employment.

Maybe Philly has it made but there are a ton of states (GA included) were the unemployment rate is close to or over 10%.

Thats not even counting the states that are going to be hit hard by plant closings when GM and Chrysler are done with their bankruptcy proceedings.

THATS mass production.
And thats why they aren't worth dick after they get driven off the parking lot. Only mustangs worth decent money are the "LIMITED PRODUCTION" ones like the Cobra's, Roush's etc.

right now is the worst time to try and sell your evo, as many others said in this thread the economy is bad... . very bad just hold on to it for now if your hoping to fetch a pretty penny. once again if the right person comes along you might get lucky and sell your 8 or 9 for 25 but cmon your gonna be waiting for awhile. as for supras people are just ****ing morons if your buy a 10 or more year old car for 40,000 plus every supra i have seen on ebay has been raped completely modded. a good find would be a stock one which would be very rare people. so just hold on guys times are tough now for car sellers

Car sellers, house sellers, pretty much anything not a necessity is taken a nose dive in value because no one is buying ****, but I suppose its because we all suck.

One of the other posts he made about purple lights being cool when he was driving his dad's SL55 indicates to me that either he is a young kid with well off parents and doesn't need a job or a young adult with well off parents that has no concept of what the regular work force has to deal with.

If I'm off then thats cool but when you say you were driving your Dad's SL55 and spout off the cuff comments about the general working public

The economy is bad, but if people weren't collecting unemployment they would find something driving up GDP and helping the economy recover.

Many Americans are lazy, or unwilling to compromise. If there skill becomes obsolete they look for handouts instead of learning new skills.

Many others are hard workers who always find a way to make ends meet

I think what the OP is pushing for will happen over time, unless the evo xi goes back towards its roots. Enthusiasts will start looking for viii's and ix's. Every time that the wrecked evo thread gets a new post your evo's collector value increases. It is supply and demand. Some will drive theirs to death some will crash them, and when few are left people will pay top dollar for them.

The OP is also right if nobody is selling for cheap the price will go up, but there will be too much inventory. This is what is happening in real estate right now.

SMH at this thread. The ones who think people on unemployment are lazy and looking for handouts are most likely gamefully employed. Once it hits home or you've lived a little you'd think different.

yea i think the term is no conecpt of the value of money. if you never have to work hard for it how can you respect other folks that do. Finding a job can be tough and stressiful kind of hard to find a job out of state if you cant afford to move there and set up before you start getting paid so yes some people are unemployeed and have to wait for there oppurinties. getting a job in fast food or gas station attendant yes are a dime a dozen but might not even come close to paying enough to even cover rent let alone a evo payement so you have to look at that when factoring in if this job is for you. wasting your time working for nothing when you could be out there searching and on unemployement applying and searching is better spent time. working hard for a 400 check or less in some areas after two weeks and still cant affording anything is tough.(assuming your fast food type jobs etc)
