Anyone using this digital boost gauge?

Curious how much fabricating would be need to get this to fit in the clock location:

I would pay a bit more for a more reputable unit.

I'm not sure I would buy something that my car depends on for feedback pertaining to something that could cost me my turbo or worse... from ebay.
