Need a new Radiator for my 03 Evo which should I get?

So yeah I am looking for a radiator for my 03 evo. I would like something that would fit right in with no problems. If I get an aftermarket one do I need to get a new fan as well?

I just installed a Mishimoto about a month ago after the stocker leaked. All aluminum, and works great. Also can't be beaten for the price and warrantee. I believe JSC Speed is having a nice sale on them too.

You may want to check out Import Tuner magazine this month.... Our rad went up against two other brands and the results are pretty stellar.

Ours was designed for superior cooling and better fit with the neck being relocated to directly in front of the tstat housing. Cooler operating temps and better fit! Win/Win!

Please let us know how we may help!

Take care,

Caleb

This is a stupid question, but goes along with the radiator thread.

If you upgrade to say, a Mishimoto radiator, do you just attach the stock fan on the back of the radiator? Does the Mishimoto radiator come with a fan or what?

Do you even have to run a fan?

CBRD hooked me up with one of their rads when they first came out. Looks and works great and you can't beat the shorter, straight shot radiator hose that eliminates the dog-leg stock hose. I don't know how different in price the CBRD unit is compared to the Mishimoto but I give the CBRD unit 5 stars for fit, finish and efficiency.

Yes, stock fans attaches perfectly, adn yes you have to run the fans.

We've used the CBRD radiator since its release with nothing but positive feedback and results.

You cant go wrong with the CBRD piece.

+1 for CBRD. they have one you can use your stock fan with if you choose to.
