NGK BPR7ES is what you need, gapped at .026. You do not need to move one step colder (NGK BPR8ES) with the modifications you have.

it was definantly the gapping. I gapped the ones i had on and took it for a test and it worked and no popin or hesitation or nothing. did a few pases. worked really well and it almost kinda did it after about 5 pases so gaping was the main problem now to get rid of the problem 100% ima go get the NGK's thanks guys. you guys were alot of help.

When you say "pops" do you mean that the intercooler piping comes undone? When I had only TBE and the Injen intercooler piping and intake, my car did the same thing. I would go to wide open throttle and BANG! It would take half an hour to drive 5 miles with the terrible trembling the car would do. The car would drive well until it wanted to create pressure at around 3k so you had to shift at 2k and drive home in 5th going 30mph at the most. What did the trick for me was to get a boost controller because when I hooked my computer up to the OBD-II port, the car was creating 40PSI!! Boost controller brought it back down to 21 PSI or even 15 PSI, and the car was fine.
