Help noob in trouble!!!!
My engine will not go above 1500rpm. It will when it's in neutral but when I put it in gear (all gears) it gets stuck around 1500- 2000rpm. Is this a vacuum line? I didn't hear a pop and nothing is grinding.

Sounds like an Intercooler pipe came apart.

Can you tell us what mods or any car work you have done recently? That might help identify the issue.

MAF sensor maybe thats what happened to me also check all ur lines and hoses

check all vacuum lines.... i had the same problem but my upper ic keeps popping off... so check that

I had these same symptoms when my pipes came off. Definitely check them out. Check the one that flows from the intake manifold first. I didn't do that once, and I spent half an hour taking off the plastic shields underneath the car only to find that all the hoses underneath were intact. I learned my lesson on that one in terms of hoses popping off.

ok so my bad I should have checked the search first...... I saw this happened to someone else on the site too.... the intake pipe came loose.... put it back on was good to go. Thanks for the help

It's happened 965,481 times before.

Search is our friend.

Check all your boost hoses and install t-clamps. Then check all the vacuum lines and put zip ties on them.

+1 same thing happened to me and when i checked under the hood trying to find out what's wrong i noticed that my uicp snapped out from the rubber.
