Unhappy Euro License Plate Holder

Does anyone know where I could buy a Euro license plate holder like this one....

They are 24.95 euro... .which translates to roughly $40.

you have to drill 3 holes in the front bumper when mounting til euro holder.. !

I am stationed in Germany and I mounted my Euro plate with 2 mounts to the undertray leveled and contored with the front lip. I will never drill my front bumper! Find a solution, mine was $2 and my shops drill with no damage to anything except the 2 holes i drilled in the undertray.

ive seen license plates on the inside windshield but the numbers and letters go vertical has anyone else seen this
