Antenna Messed up. solution?

So my antenna has been ****ed up and I haven't got around to fixing it. But now's the time. Just wondering HOW. I took some pics of it to see if I need a whole new base for it or if I can sneak by with a cheap quick fix. I don't need the reception, just want a good clean looking antenna.

Here is what it looks like

Yeah, junker or off a totaled car. Any Lancer or Evo will do.

Or maybe get a rexpeed Vortex generator and use bondor/filler like the others said seeing that you're not using it for reception.
