E85 hot start problems

Is anyone else having this problem?

I put in a brand new set of PTE 1200cc injectors... and now after the car has been started and shut off, it takes like a minute or 2 to get it started again.

not to sure... I tried mitsulogger but I can't get it to work. Im not sure what to put in on the injector scale, Latency@14.06v and the Latency @ 11.72v in mitsubishi logger.
