Get a lawyer on the case and sue the crap out of the Jeep owner. If you play it right the *** will have to pay to replace your car and in those situations always get more witnesses. Make the idiot pay for your and your friend's hospital bills. Never for any reason give up your rights!

This is too expensive of a car to have on liability insurance man. I know you can't go back in time, but if you can't fork over for full coverage than you probably should be driving something cheaper.

Not only should evo's have full coverage, but they should have GAP insurance too. I know a few people that have totaled their evo and it depreciates faster than the loan is paid. IE: they are paying for a car that they don't even have.
