Not currently modding but more like fixing and replacing parts. Really looking for a more quiet exhaust since I live in a neighborhood full of old ppl then you get me... Most of the money is going towards bills before the layoff. Should've started a savings account before reckless buying...
For now, liability keeps me from getting into big trouble like what the OP is currently experiencing. Ppl are blaming him when it's not his fault and the insurance company would cover the guy that hit him instead of the OP getting sued for more money. I remember my cousin had to pay $2500 for a small ding and a shifted bumper because he didn't have any kind of insurance and the car he hit was only a 95 Ford Taurus.

It's better to have some kind of insurance than none at all is what I'm going to say, especially with a car like the Evo. It's like what my friend said to me. If you were picking up a girl from her parent's house and you want to impress her parents, what would you take to pick her up? A BMW E36 (has class) of some sort or an Evo (rice rocket boy that's picking up your daughter after racing at the track!)?

Its cause we drive evo's tht not only people hate but so does cops. I had my fair share from being told something was tru but was called a liar by a cop this weekend. On a positive note, im glad you walked away fr this accident. It hurts to see your evo majorly damage to some bodys problem with there driving . Keep your head up man ..things will be better in tha long run

I'm sorry for your loss. I just think of how many times I've been cut off from people on on ramps who refuse to turn t their heads. On a lighter note:

The wing didn't make it! (But you did)

I am happy to see you letting us know your OK and still alive who cares about

the car period.

get a lawyer asap,

lawyers they will handle it for you and most likely get you the same car back

happened to my friend unless your car is salvage title, then your car will just

be fixed.

I am so happy your OK and your friend too. Any harder and that Jeep would

have went though that evo like butter and I am not kidding!

Get a LAWYER NOW I am not kidding but that's what I would do in a

heartbeat,

Heartbeat be happy you still have yours.

damn sorry to hear bout your wreck. I had a wreck not too long ago in my oz rally, and the person was pulling out of a parkinglot and didnt stop or yield to my right of way either. She tried tellin the cop that i was speeding too. But both insurances did there forensics n what not and found the girl who hit me @ fault, so ya never know. got me a 2100 check, she broke my passenger headlight assembly, cracked my front bumper and spoiler on the passengerside and dented a lil on the hood and fender. Hope things work out for you, really do man,

understood but liability only is just not smart business is all but i understand the whole lay off from work deal and trying to minamize the bill count until you get back up again. but once back get your full coverage back. Rolling around without it is just a disaster waiting to happen
