The worst day of my life today
today around 12pm decided to go get coffee with my friend ended up in me totalling my evo.
i was cruzing at 35-40mph (speed limit) and as i was driving a car fails to yeild to my right of way (jeep wrangler) so he hits me causeing me to sandwitch with another mini van exiting. the worse day ppl showed up randomly saying i was going 60mph and protesting it was my fault for something i dident do. my friend went to the hospital for a broken wrist. from airbags. and i repeat i was not speeding. so ended up with the cop getting in my face trying to change my words even tho i told him im not talking to him untill my lawyer is present. i went to the hospital for a broken coller bone poor evo liability insurence wow my life is at the bottem of the pit right now

Ouch that sucks man, glad nothing too serious happened... MR's are a dying breed.... Good idea not to talk to the cops without a lawyer, if it wasnt your fault the police report and investigation will back that up for you.

Sorry to hear about your Evo man. If you can't get any money back from this or didn't get enough, you can always sell parts to make up the difference for a new Evo. The only reason they said you were going faster is that they want to put the blame on you for not obeying the law and therefor, causing the accident. They don't want anything on their records nor their insurance price going up. It always happens and sadly, always happens to us young guys with sports car.

its seems all the time when a import car is involved with something, 'automatic guilty" of speeding. everyday i see regular cars blasting past me all the time. Its like when you drive an evo its your fault no matter what. sitting still an evo looks like its moving 1000mph to people.
Especially if they hear your exhaust, this really ticks people off. Dont let this get ya down man, good luck.

I really feel bad for you. I love my cars. Seriously. Maybe too much, but if this is the worst day of your life, you've had a pretty good life. Thank goodness it wasn't more than a collar bone and a car that was broken.

sorry to see that man remember its just a car and if you can get this one, you can get another one. i mean yeah you might hear alot of "as long as your ok" but you really gotta thank that you actually are okay, who knows what else could have happened...
