Head Light Duct Intake ??

i did it to my civic when i had it. and i come out of seattle where it only rains. and i was just fine i made it more like a ram air though so it did create a suction and i put a small hole in the bottom of the intake so that the excess water could drain out. just use alot of silacone

Its illegal in most states including FL to drive without 2 primary enclosed headlamps in working condition.
I got a fix it ticket for this a couple of years ago in my DSM doing this very thing. I fixed it, but did ask the judge why this is law?
He told me that in some cases weather can become so bad making driver visibility so low that its required by law for you to turn your lights on so other drivers / emergency vehicles can see you in these conditions.
Even though I know what your thinking and it is a good idea, cops will hassle you for it.

so if i just take out the "fake" fog light section there would be nothing aganist the law
