Head Light Duct Intake ??
hey guys/girls
anyone out there running the headlight duct for the intake on a daily driver? if so is there any problems with drivign in the rain, with water goign into the intake etc?? just thinking bout making my own but it rains a lot here in florida espcially now with a few storms on the way

I wouldnt expect it to be too bad, but anything is possible.
Im pondering the same thing. I PM'd evoDave I think it was to see if he would mod my headlight and remove the faux foglight to do this.

Its illegal in most states including FL to drive without 2 primary enclosed headlamps in working condition.
I got a fix it ticket for this a couple of years ago in my DSM doing this very thing. I fixed it, but did ask the judge why this is law?
He told me that in some cases weather can become so bad making driver visibility so low that its required by law for you to turn your lights on so other drivers / emergency vehicles can see you in these conditions.
Even though I know what your thinking and it is a good idea, cops will hassle you for it.
