Just leave it painted, you'll only do more harm than good. Besides, do you really think you would be able to sand it down to the CF and then make it look right? I doubt it.

I would just take it to a paint shop if you have never performed work like that before.

It is long and tedious work. Or just PM DRFTKNG(sp?), he will strip the entire spolier and make it all carbon if you would like. GL.

Please know what you are talking about before you spread bad information.

There are LOTS of members who have made their peeling spoilers look better than new.

After already being painted over? Show me. I don't doubt it could be done, I just think that without professional help you would only do more damage.

It's probably wise to pay a professional to do it.

+1 to that

the trick is you have to sand down the paint slowly and carefully so that just the paint is off. This will take alot of time and alot of patience...take lots of care doing it.

then you'll need to clear coat it to protect it

I've seen a faded wing brought back, I've just never seen a repainted wing brought back.

So its better taking it to professionals? Cause its probably gonna take long to take the paint off.

My 2 cents say yes, take it to a professional if you are adamant on wanting the CF back.

Like I said in my FIRST post, if you have never done work like this before, do not attempt to do it. Just PM Reuben(DRFTKINGG), or take it to a body shop.

The spoiler can still be brought back. The Evo spoiler is invincible.

And in case you wanna try it on your own.

I don't think you can replace that center piece to the spoiler. The end caps DO NOT have bolts or anything to separate the spoiler.
