I would try to diagnose stuff first before just throwing parts at it. First I would make sure nothing obvious is the cause, dv installed incorrectly, hose clamp loose, hose clamp over torqued causing a hose to be out of round (boost leak), loose or damaged vacuum lines. Second, do a boost leak test. Thirdly, check condition of your spark plugs, coils and connections. Remove your intake and inspect your MAF. If its oily, that may be the cause as well.

did a boost leak test today.... there was a leak by the licp.... but by the throttle body.. it was loud hissing...got some mil spec seals.... but its still bucking. i also did a compression test.. 175 for all.

No, I doubt it. Make a boost leak tester, I think you have massive boost leaks.
edit: Sorry, I didn't read page 2. It could be your SAFC. My car used to kind of buck a bit under load with an SAFC, so I took that piece of **** off and it runs great.
