Need help with Oil cap
i don't know what the problem is i took it to the dealer i bought the car from they changed the spark plugs, and wires which caused the service engine light to come up and it was PO300, they fixed it and they said they changed the oil cover that was leaking oil and they went in the plugs.
now the car is doing the samething when i go for a ride theres oil all over the cover of the engine and caused PO300 to comeup again. i have really bad idle which is at 1k RPM and when i have AC on it stalls when coming to a stop.
so what should i do? buy a new oil cover myself?
i have SSQV BOV, CAI

Go back to Mitsu and ask them politely for your oil cap back (that or they forgot to put in one of the valve cover spark plug well gaskets), the idle is being cause likely by a large vacuum leak from said area. Also let them know you'll need a free oil change because of the oil you lost. Then never go back to a dealer, ever.

so the replaced the valve cover gaskets? Or the oil cap?
I'm sorry, its early and I'm kinda confused. If the spark plugs are covered in oil again that would be a good indication they forgot something. Make sure the spark plugs are tight too while you're in there... If its just the top of the engine that's covered in oil, do you notice the engine smoking from the oil cap when its idling? I had an oil cap fail on another car and you could see it smoke from the oil cap.

1. Get rid of that SSQV it's likely whats causing your drivability issues
2. Have the dealer replace your oil cap
3. Search P0300 this code has hindered Evos since their existence in the US. There are many things that can cause it. Ignition Issues, Drivetrain Harmonics, Idle timing if the car was previously tuned. There are many fixes as well. If all else fails you can simply disable the code in the ECU
You need to pin point when the car throws the code whether it be during cruise or idling.

dont do anything to it. take it back to the dealer as it is and have them fix it right. did you pay or was it warranty? if you paid then definately take it back. You paid to have it fixed and it wasnt.

use that warranty then. get your leaks fixed. put a stock dv on there and have them check your driveability issue. Once its out of warranty then you can go to AMS or some other good shop in your area. my .02
