I was just waiting for you to talk about reviews and specs. If you have really done your homework, you would realise that the USDM evo is actually a DETUNED JDM EVO 7 RS. Ask anyone who has watched best motoring or read racing reviews, japanese magazines of comparisons between the RS and the GSR(with AYC,ACD etc). According to them(not my own experience), the RS is lightweight and would make a good drag 1/4 mile platform, but as far as circuit racing, the GSR or the RSII is the way to go with the trick differentials and electronics.

sorry MYEVOVIII but i have to agree with i_love_spool (well partially) in the fact that the EVO 5+6 are a compleatly different beast and deserve the position much much more than the EVO 8 but then again the 8 hase refinement like the SUPER AYC and a better ACD.. but i still think the 5+6 were a more "pure" sports car
