ya u can take it off with rubbing alcohol...i messed up on one and had to start all over..Im in the medical field so I got a bunch of tiny 4X4 alcohol pads lol took a little while to get thru the clear coat...but it did work..and after I traded in my Z for my Evo the dealership took it all off with rubbing alcohol like I told them.

I've seen VHT used on some of my friends cars and it turned out pretty good.

I have used it before on a mustang. Make sure to add a clear for protection. Mine peeled because I didn't use clear coat.

Ive used this stuff on 3 or 4 of my cars and thats how I found it works best.

Now I just take my lights to my buddy who paints and have him spray them with a couple coats of actual auto paint, clear them, sand and buff. They turn out great. Nice & shiny.

This is a good option though. Just take your time.

it isnt that easy to get it to look like it came that way with a good shine.if you have no experience painting get a junk tailight and practice because candy colors,which is sort of what this is are the hardest
