Ebay Engine Damper

Has anyone used the engine dampers you can buy off Ebay? They have the universal dampers for about $25 and the dampers with the brackets made for the Evo for about $70. A good bit cheaper than the Weapon R application. Any one with some feed back?

I'm sure their mounting brackets are just as thick and strongs as Weapon R's. /sarcasm

Both mounting plates are junk. Get an Ingalls and be done with it, or better yet, get a front motor mount and call it a day.

Just get the blox front motor mount and be done with it. Makes a WORLD of difference, almost unbelieveably so for $79.99 shipped.

save your money and get decent motor mounts. the blox front motor mount (along with other similar designs) is a cheap way to reduce the engine movement that actually works.

The best way to go would be to get the ralli-art groupN mounts, but those are more expensive.

I'd definitely go for the solid front as well. Those dampners just never did it for me.

i'd only get parts from ebay if they were used parts that were in great condition. otherwise you get what you pay for. I personally have the Ingalls and its worth the money
