You must a hell of a good house painter and must be making everybody very very happy to own both an evo and a E46 M3

 

I ordered a VIS cf trunk and was happy with the shipping. They said it would ship out Monday, it shipped out on a Wednesday, not too bad. I received an email when it actually shipped, even though I had asked them to send the DP with the trunk, they sent it via Fedex, then truckfreighted the trunk in. I'm not sure if they charged me shipping or not for the DP, but I was kind of angry that they did that. Even if they did pay for shipping, which I doubt (I'll have to doublecheck), it wasn't what I asked for. I'd do business with them again without a doubt, but like the saying goes, "You can't make everyone happy."

 

They are a little pricey but my experience with them was very very easy, i ordered online and within 24 hours i had the invoice and tracking number in my e-mail inbox. Very very pleased.

 

I bought several items for my old WRX several years ago. No problems.

i bought more that anyone here has ever bought stuff from them and to tell you the truth .....i LOVE THE WAY THEY TREAT ME....JOHN is the best guy i have ever dealt with, i order a part at 4 p.m. and it gets shipped the SAME DAY!!!!

Just to make sure people don't think I am biased because of the sponsorship...

I've never had a problem with Vivid...Dan ALWAYS goes out of his way to either find something, give info on, or help in any way possible...even when I wasn't sponsored by them

 

never did business w/them. Too pricey.

 

I voted good i only bought from them once....the shipping was slightly delayed not too bad...although they said they were gonna email me trackin number twice which They never did and i had to call them for it. But I got my MR tails in good condition.....so I vote good....but i can see how they can f things up
